Jeff Felshaw

Vice President, Operations

Jeff Felshaw, Transcend’s Vice President of Operations, is responsible for managing the implementation of the company’s transcription services, for both new and existing clients. He also holds responsibility for all client services, including presales support and interfaces.  Mr. Felshaw was appointed to his current position when he rejoined the company in 2007. Prior to joining Transcend, he was the implementation manager for Neurostar Solutions.  Before Neurostar, from 1999 to 2005, Mr. Felshaw held various management positions at Transcend Services including technical support and telecommunications. Mr. Felshaw holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University.
