Sue McGrogan

President and Chief Operating Officer

As President and Chief Operating Officer of Transcend Services, Sue McGrogan is a proven executive with more than 20 years of success building transcription services/clinical documentation organizations into world-class solution providers.

She is tasked with leading Transcend Services to the forefront of the clinical documentation industry, and ensuring Transcend’s revenue growth and profitability.  Ms. McGrogan also manages the corporate strategy developed to continue our mission of providing the highest level of customer service for an exceptional customer experience.

Ms. McGrogan joined Transcend Services in 2005 as Senior Vice President of Operations upon the acquisition of Medical Dictation, Inc.  She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in February, 2007 and to President in August, 2009.   Prior to joining Transcend, Ms. McGrogan was President of Medical Dictation, Inc. Ms. McGrogan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
